Days 134 to 137 | A Simple Week

I don’t know about you, but for us, the days and weeks seem to be running together. I’m thankful we’ve kept a general daily and weekly routine of doing school and work stuff, free time, and evening walks. If we didn’t have that, I think we’d all be going a little more crazy!

Most of the weekdays were pretty simple this week and I didn’t take many pictures. But here are a few that will help us remember some little moments.

When the girls wake up , they usually start playing, drawing, or working on a project that they started from the day before. This picture reminds me of the moments they play nicely together. I cherish those moments because it’s not always that pea…

A while back, we started making a timeline showing historical events that we’ve learned about on our trip. We haven’t worked on it as much as I hoped we would, but I’m excited about how it will be something we can add to even after our trip is over.

I’m waiting to get into the grocery store, Lidl. This store is like a Romanian version of Aldi. Usually there is no line to get in, but it was extra busy this day. There is supposed to be a 1.5 meter distance between each person, but that seems to not matter to people once we get inside. A few workers recognize me and either only speak English to me or just don’t say anything to me. It’s been fun to see familiar faces when I go there.

This is the street we live on. You can see a peak of Tampa Mountain through the buildings.

We really miss going to the playground. Hopefully, we’ll be able to play there again before we leave.

I really like this building. The lighting was good enough to get a nice picture of it today on our way home.

I love this one too. The buildings are old and tattered but the colors and textures are so pretty!

She is showing me her imaginary lizard and wanted me to take a picture. What an imagination she has!

Tuesday night is Game Night! These weekly family events help us keep track of the days, make quality time a priority, and have fun together! We love playing Nerts together! Even Abigail can play on someone’s team or use simplified rules.
