Day 13 | A Walk Around Paris

Adjustments.jpeg

Day 13, Paris—We certainly warmed up to Paris today and saw some of the greatest sights in the city! Besides that, we walked about 85,000 steps between the five of us combined...our path was about 10 miles long! The girls are still keeping up well!

The course today was:

Walking through Paris and experiencing the city in general...including a cathedral that was hosting a wedding

The Pompidou Center...this building is basically turned inside out. The pipes, tunnels, elevators, and escalators are on the outside, not the inside. Blue=a/c, heat. Green=plumbing. Yellow=electricity. Red=elevators, escalators

Notre Dame. Unfortunately, the cathedral was closed since it caught fire last year.

The Louvre...one of the worlds largest museums. It contains about 35,000 pieces of art, including the Mona Lisa. We didn’t go in today, but plan to soon.

The Eiffel Tower...Nathan has a tradition of eating a Nutella, banana crepe when he visits the Eiffel Tower...so we joined him! They are delicious!
