Day 4 | Walk Around and Choir Concert

Adjustments.jpeg

Day 4, London—Thursday we started the day late, but we got a lot of steps in! We went to see the London Eye, walked by Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge. It was really neat to see these places when it was dark (it gets dark around 4:15), but we do plan to go see the inside while we’re here too, which I’m super excited about.

After we walked around for a while, we headed to Southwark Cathedral to see the Stillwater High School Choir perform for the London International Choir Festival. It was so cool to see our home high school perform in London in this beautiful cathedral (the first gothic cathedral in London). They sang beautifully! And again, we saw our friend because her daughter was in the choir:)

The girls are doing really well! They ride the subway like they’ve always gotten around that way and they keep up with all the walking really well...except Abigail likes to be carried some. We walked almost six miles today.

It was a great day in London!
