Day 132 | More Fun on Mt. Tampa

Adjustments.jpeg

Tampa Mountain was calling us again today. These paths have given us so many special memories, and the thought of leaving this city after being here for over two months makes me a little sad. We still don’t know exactly how long we will be here but we know the time to say goodbye is coming soon. In the meantime, we’re taking in as much as we can and enjoying the time we have here!

Abigail was my hiking buddy today. She talked the entire time! Every so often she would pull out her imaginary laptop and do some research on what she found along the way about butterflies, plants, animals. Then she would tell me all the information she knew about the topic. It was so cute! She also found a new imaginary friend named Pinecone. Pinecone joined Abigail’s imaginary dogs along the hike and did tricks to entertain the rest of us. She also was proud to show off her climbing skills along the path. She’s growing up!

I love the tiny wild flowers growing from the cracks of the limestone mountain.

The view of the city never gets old.

We’re just about to the 3,150 foot elevation!

This is my favorite path we’ve taken on this mountain.
