Day 32 | Ponte Vecchio, Galileo Museum, and San Miniato

Day 32, Florence—Today we visited Palazzo Vecchio (the town hall of Florence), Ponte Vecchio (the “Old Bridge” was the only bridge across the Arno until 1218). It also has small gold and silver shops that are still open today. This was such a fun experience. After that, we walked up to San Miniato al Monte (St. Minias on the Mountain) which stands at one of the highest points in Florence. Yes, that means we had another climb to do:) We also went to the Galileo Museum. It was really fun to see so many inventions that have helped people learn more about science and that have contributed to our daily lives so much.
